Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds’s brood recently became a family of six, and a source tells People that they’re all adjusting after the birth of the couple’s fourth child, which Lively seemingly confirmed on Sunday, February 12.
“Blake and Ryan are amazing together,” the source said. “Ryan is a great dad. He is very sweet to Blake. They are very excited about the new baby. The older siblings have adjusted great.”
Lively and Reynolds’s first three daughters, James, Inez, and Betty, were born in 2014, 2016, and 2019, respectively. Lively announced her fourth pregnancy when she debuted her baby bump at the Women in Power Summit in New York City in September 2022.
On Super Bowl Sunday, a.k.a. Rihanna Day, Lively sort of dropped the news that she had given birth to her fourth child but didn’t provide any details on the gender or the name. She simply shared a photo of herself (minus the baby bump) in a fitted black tank and jeans with Reynolds along with pictures of food, presumably eaten on Super Bowl Sunday.
“Puppy Bowl Sunday 2023🥘 🍲 🥧 been busy,” she wrote in the caption.

Internet troll Reynolds teased everyone on Twitter early this week by sharing news of a “new addition to the family.” He didn’t mean his nuclear family, however, but his Deadpool family: Actor Emma Corrin, who played Princess Diana in season four of Netflix’s The Crown, joined the franchise as the villain in Deadpool 3, Deadline confirmed.
Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds married in 2012 after a courtship that began in 2011, though they originally met on the set of the film Green Lantern in 2010.
